Shipping
Orders are pulled and packed Monday-Friday and shipped within 24-48 hours when possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
We ship with the following provider: US Postal Service (Priority Mail only). Shipping charges are determined using the USPS standard rate schedule. Rates are based on the size and weight of the package, the value of contents, and the distance between our store and the destination address. Our minimum shipping charge is $8.95. Purchasers are responsible for paying all shipping costs.

- Most packages will deliver within 3-5 business days, once shipped
- We also don't ship orders C.O.D. We will ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are currently not providing service to US territories, APOs and FPOs or International Shipping.

Returns
Refund Policy
Stitching Grannies is committed to 100% satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping. We do not take returns on correctly filled orders.
Damages
All freight damage is the responsibility of the freight company. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for freight damage before accepting shipment. Please report the damage immediately.
Defective Goods
We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to defects in manufacturing and artistry for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any replacement will occur under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Wrong Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@stitichinggrannies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be taken.
